This is  Ankit , working in Solectron ,Bangalore ,India. We are doing the conformal coating on the PCBA’S using HUMISEAL 1B73EPA (acrylic)&amp; THINNER 604 material.Using FAN type method for that.But we are facing the problem that the material seeped though the via holes to the other side of pcba .Also not able to resist the material to flow at the edges as we need to maintain 2mm gap without coating at the edges.For your info. we are maintaining coating composition as 1.5:1(acrylic:thinner).
