Humiseal Conformal Coating Stripping Materials 1080A and 1063 used in Conformal Coating Video

Stripping of unwanted conformal coating from a PCB can be a simple process but depends on what conformal coating is to be removed or stripped, the area of coating to be removed, where the conformal coating is and the type of components on the board.

Humiseal 1080A can be used to remove all acrylic conformal coatings including Humiseal 1B31, 1R32, 1R32A2, 1B73 and 1B18 and Electrolube HPA. Humiseal 1063 can be used to remove polyurethane conformal coatings such as 1A33, 1A68 and Electrolubes SCC3.

Solvent Based Acrylic Conformal Coatings from Humiseal available from SCH

Humiseal have a range of solvent based acrylic conformal coating materials that are commercial grade, UL and mil spec qualified for all areas of conformal coating application.

For the solvent based acrylic conformal coatings there are 1R32, 1R32A2, 1B12, 1B31, 1B66, 1B73 and 1B18 plus variations on solvent content such as 1B73EPA, 1B73LOC, 1B31EPA, 1B31LOC .
